Teacher Meera, principal and proud owner of Be Smarts, only hires teachers she believes will add value to the kids and the school’s achievements. She guides them and puts them under training sessions before they can start teaching to make sure they are well prepared. Teacher Meera also finds this essential for the teacher to adapt to how her students at Be Smarts think and behave.
Our team is responsible for leading best practices during lessons across our classes. They certainly contribute positively to the young minds of our school. In addition, well-trained, committed, loving and dedicated teachers provide students of Be Smarts with outstanding learning experiences. Above all, our teachers come from various backgrounds and experiences. Formerly, they taught different age groups, shaped kids’ character to their best ability, and worked together as a team to make a difference in every child’s life.
Besides, teachers at Be Smarts make teaching fun and easy to understand for students. They plan and prepare lessons plan before classes and cover questions from the previous study to make sure our kids are in the same phase as their other friends and classmates.
